What to put on a band sticker

What artwork should our band send for a sticker quote?
Send your logo, album cover or tour art as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one, or the largest image file you can find. Tell us the sticker size, how many you want and whether the design should be cut around its outline. If the file is rough, free design support can clean it up before you see the PDF proof.
Can we use album art or a photo that someone else created?
Only if you have permission to use it. We print from artwork you supply and have the right to reproduce, so check with the photographer, illustrator or label that made it. The same applies to other bands' names, lyrics you did not write and brand logos. If the rights are clear, mention who created the piece in your quote request.
How should a band split an order between several sticker designs?
Plenty of bands pick one simple logo sticker for giveaways and a larger die cut design to sell at the merch table. List each design separately in your quote request with its own size and quantity, so every line is clear. Each design gets its own PDF proof, and no die or plate charges apply, so a custom outline per design is fine to ask for.
How can a band use stickers around a gig or new release?
Hand them out at the merch table, slip one into every record or CD order, and give a few to venues and music shops that are happy to display them.
